Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one is listed at $1,500,000 and is located at 68-1845 Pau Nani St., while the highest priced condo on the market is listed at $629,000 and is Unit #B204 in Waikoloa Villas.

At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced single-family home on the market is located at 68-1855 Kaupapa Pl and is listed at $725,000. While the lowest priced condo on the market is listed at $429,000 and is Unit #C205, in Fairway Terrace.

When it comes to sales in the 4th Quarter, the number of condos sold was surprisingly less than the number of single-family homes sold. Analysis: The Waikoloa Village Real Estate Update for Q4 reveals that the sales volume of both single-family homes and condos are down sharply compared to the first half of 2023. Although inventory levels are still low, the inventory of both condos and single family-family homes has risen moderately over the last few quarters.
