Of the homes for sale, Waikoloa Village Marketthe highest priced one is located at 68-3895 Kaulele Pl, and is priced at $1,875,000, while the highest priced condo on the market is listed at $699,000 and is located at Waikoloa Fairways, Unit B212.

At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced single-family home on the market is located at 68-1689 Laie St and is listed at $699,000. While the lowest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $415,000 and is at Elima Lani Condos #402.

The lowest priced single-family home to sell during the 3rd Quarter is located at 68-1743 Akaula St and sold for $495,000, from a list price of $551,800. In the condo market, the unit that sold for lowest price went for $310,000 from a list price of $320,000 and is at Waikoloa Village Condos #DS2.

Analysis: The Waikoloa Village Real Estate Update for Q3 shows us that the inventory of both single-family homes and condos has increased significantly. But even with the increase in inventory levels, sales volume still remains strong and prices seem to be holding steady.
