Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one is listed at $1,395,000, and is located at 68-1784 Lua Kula Pl., while the highest priced condo on the market is Waikoloa Fairways #A310 and is listed at $800,000. At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is located at 68-1804 Puu Niu St and is listed at $710,000, while the lowest priced condo for sale is listed at $389,000 and is Fairway Terrace #B204.

During the 1st Quarter, the time from January through March 2023, there were 27 single-family Waikoloa Villagehomes sold in Waikoloa Village, while 13 condos were sold. Of the homes sold, the highest priced one is located at 68-1606 Laie St and sold for $1,550,000, from a list price of $1,495,000, while the highest priced condo sold for $680,000, from a list price of $689,000, and is Waikoloa Fairways #B214.
