As of October 1st, single-family home availability at Waikoloa Beach Resort is very limited. Only 2 homes are currently listed for sale, with none in escrow. At the high end, 69-1077 Kolea Kai Circle in Kolea is listed for $11,995,000, representing one of the most exclusive offerings in the community.Waikoloa Beach On the more accessible side, 69-9191 Ainamalu Street in Ainamalu at Waikoloa is priced at $2,150,000, highlighting the range of opportunities for buyers within the resort.
