The Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update for Q3 is for the beautiful resort located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This Kohala Coast resort covers over 3,200 acres and contains 15 separate neighborhoods. At the time of this writing (Oct 2nd), there were just 2 single-family homes for sale in Mauna Lani Resort and 4 homes in escrow. On the condo side there are 5 condos for sale, and 3 in escrow. Of the homes for sale, Mauna Lani Resortthe highest priced one is listed at a cool $21,000,000, and is located at 68-1058 Honokaope Way in the 49 Black Sand community, while the highest priced condo on the market is Ke Kailani #4C in the One Ocean community and is listed at $4,500,000.

At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is at 68-1015 Hoe Uli Way, located in Nohea at Mauna Lani, and is listed at $4,600,000, while on the condo side, the lowest priced unit is currently for sale at $1,325,000. It is Unit #101, in The Fairways at Mauna.

When it comes to sales in the 3rd Quarter, the time from July 1st to the end of September, there Mauna Lani Resortwere 3 single-family homes sold, with 16 condos selling. The highest priced home to sell went for $7,707,000 from a list price of $8,395,000 and is located at 68-1097 Honokaope Pl in 49 Black Sand. The highest priced of the condos sold is in KaMilo at Mauna Lani, Unit #524, and it sold for $2,725,000, from a list price of the same amount.

The lowest price home to sell in Q3 is located at 68-1308 Akea Pl in Nohea at Mauna Lani and it sold for $4,494,770 from a list price of $4900,000. While the condo with the lowest sales price was Palm Villas at Mauna Lani #A21, which sold for $1,025,000 from a list price of $1,098,000.

Analysis: The Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update reveals that inventory levels for both single-family homes and condos remain extremely low. Sales volumes are lower but have remained steady for 2023, in both single-family homes and condos. The lack of inventory has kept prices stable in the Mauna Lani Resort.
