Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update is for the magnificent resort located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. At the time of this writing (July 1st), there was just one single-family home for sale and none in escrow within the Mauna Lani Resort, with 8 Mauna Lani Resortcondos for sale and 2 in escrow. With just one single-family home for sale, the highest priced one and lowest priced home are the same. It is listed at $12,900,000 and is located at 68-1011 Ke Kailanle Dr in the One Ocean community.

On the condo side, the highest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $3,995,000 and is Unit F301 in Mauna Lani Terrace. The lowest priced condo currently listed is Unit #2006 in Kulalani at Mauna Lani and is priced at $1,325,000.

When it comes to sales in 2nd Quarter, the low inventory levels have also kept sales volume low. In the Q2 time frame from April through June 2022, there were just 3 single-family homes sold in the Mauna Lani Resort, while 16 condos were sold. The highest priced home to sell is at 68-1091 Pauoa Way in Pauoa Beach and it sold for $10,900,000, from a list price of $11,000,000. The lowest priced home sold for $6,195,000, from a list price of $6,395,000, and is located at 68-1018 Ke Kailani Dr, in the One Ocean community.

The highest priced of the 16 condos sold was KaMilo at Mauna Lani #115 and it sold for $2,900,000 from a list price of $2,799,000, while the condo with the lowest sales price went for $1,030,000 from a list price of the same amount and is Unit #223 in The Villages at Mauna Lani.

Analysis: The Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update for Q2 shows us that the sales volume of condos and single-family homes has slowed slightly over the few past quarters. This has been mainly due to the lack of inventory and has contributed to the elevated prices of both single-family homes and condos.
