The lowest priced condo to sell Waiulaula at Mauna Kes #E201 and sold for $2,375,000 from a list price of $2,549,000.
Analysis: The Mauna Kea Real Estate Update for Q4 shows that both single-family and condo sales, like most other markets, have slowed quite a bit over the beginning of 2022.
