The highest-priced single-family home on the for sale is listed at $29,700,000 and is located at 62-3680 Kiekiena Place in The Bluffs at Mauna Kea. The most affordable home is listed at $6,450,000 and is situated at 62-3459 Aloalii Place in Fairways North.
The highest priced condo on the market is listed at $6,995,000 and is in Halia Hale at Kaunaoa in the Kaunaoa Subdivision, while the lowest priced condo is listed at $1,875,000 and is Unit #E2 in Kumulani at the Uplands.
