At the time of this writing (Aug. 1st), there were 5 single-family homes for saleMauna Kea Resort and 2 homes in escrow within the Mauna Kea Resort, with 2 condos for sale and 10 units in escrow. Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one is listed at $22,900,000, and is located at 62-4422 Amaui Nani Pl, in Hapuna Estates, while the highest priced condo listed is Unit #4 in Amuai Villas at Mauna Kea and is listed at $4,800,000.

The lowest priced single-family home on the market in Mauna Kea Resort is located at 62-3456 Hoolani Pl in Fairways North and is listed at $5,349,000. Mauna Kea ResortWhile the lowest priced condo for sale is listed at $4,400,000 and is Unit #8 in Amaui Villas at Mauna Kea.

Sales volume has remained extremely low in the Mauna Kea Resort, with no single-family homes and just 2 condos being sold in the 2nd quarter of 2023. The lowest priced home in escrow in Q2 was listed for $3,900,000 and is Unit #350 at Waiulaula at Mauna Kea.

In the condo market, the highest priced condo to sell went for $4,300,000 from a list price of the same amount and is Unit #13 at Amaui Villas at Mauna Kea, while the lowest priced condo sold for $1,722,000 from a list price of $1,795,000 and is in Kumulani at the Uplands at Mauna Kea, Unit #F3.

Analysis: The Mauna Kea Resort Real Estate Update for Q2 2023 shows us that the low sales volume of single-family homes continues, while condo sales seemed poised to increase, based on the number of units in escrow. Mauna Kea Resort has historically been a low inventory, low volume market and it continues to be so.
