As of November 10th, the Waikoloa Village real estate market continues to show steady activity across both the single-family and condominium segments. At present, there are 32 single-family homes available,
with 10 properties currently in escrow, reflecting consistent buyer demand. The most expensive home on the market is located at 68-2057 Nana Loa Street, listed at $3,010,000. On the condo side, 20 units are listed with 8 in escrow, and the highest-priced condo currently available is Waikoloa Villas #C200, offered at $689,000.
For buyers seeking entry-level opportunities, the lowest-priced single-family home is at 68-3560 Kupunahine Street, listed for $729,000, while the most affordable condo is Fairway Terraces #E102, priced at $329,000.
During the third quarter of 2025, from July through September, 24 single-family homes and 15 condos successfully changed hands in Waikoloa Village.
