Of the homes for Waikoloa Villagesale, the highest priced one is located at 68-1857 Pau Nani St, and is priced at $1,590,000, while the highest priced condo on the market is listed at $525,000 and is located at The Greens at Waikoloa, Unit K205.

At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced single-family home on the market is located at 68-1891 Lina Poepoe St and is listed at $675,000. While the lowest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $400,000 and is Unit I504 in Elima Lani Condos.

When it comes to sales in the 3rd Quarter, the time from July 2021 through September 2021, there were 30 single-family homes sold in Waikoloa Village, while 24 condos were sold. The highest priced of these homes sold is located at 68-3681 Eleele St and sold for $2,200,000, from a list price of $2,299,999 while the highest priced condo sold for $665,000 from a list price of $649,000 and is Unit A203 in Waikoloa Fairways.

Waikoloa VillageThe lowest priced single-family home to sell during the 3rd Quarter is located at 68-1818 Pua Nani St and sold for $378,500, from a list price of $399,000. In the condo market, the unit that sold with the lowest price went for $295,000 from a list price of $280,000 and is Fairway Terrace #D202.

Analysis: The Waikoloa Village Real Estate Update for Q3 shows us that the inventory of both single-family homes and condos continue to be at very low levels. Despite these low inventory levels, sales continue at a brisk pace, and this combination of high demand and low inventory continues to drive prices higher.
