The Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update for Q4 is for the beautiful resort located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This Kohala Coast resort covers over 3,200 acres and contains 15 separate neighborhoods. At the time of this writing (Oct 2nd), there were 4 single-family homes for sale in Mauna Lani Resort and no homes in escrow, along with 11 condos for sale, and 3 in escrow. Of the homes for Mauna Lani Resortsale, the highest priced one is listed at $11,900,000, and is located at 68-1011 Ke Kailani Dr in the One Ocean community, while the highest priced condo on the market is listed at $3,995,000 and is Unit #F301 in Mauna Lani Terrace. At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is at 68-1002 Konane Ct, located in Mauna Lani Point Estates, and is listed at $7,700,000, while on the condo side, the lowest priced unit is currently for sale at $1,235,000. It is Unit #603, in The Fairways at Mauna.

When it comes to sales in the 3rd Quarter, this time from July 1st to the Mauna Lani Resortend of September, there were no single-family homes sold, and only 5 condos. The highest priced of the 5 condos sold is in KaMilo at Mauna Lani, Unit #420, and it sold for $2,025,000, from a list price of $1,950,000. While the condo with the lowest sales price was The Fairways at Mauna Lani #905, which sold for $1,225,000 from a list price of $1,175,000.

Analysis: The Mauna Lani Resort Real Estate Update hows us that inventory levels remain low for single family homes, but condo inventory levels have increased slightly. Sales volumes have dropped significantly for both single-family homes and condos in Mauna Lani Resort since last quarter, but it remains to be seen if sale prices will be affected going forward.
