Analysis: Sales in Waikoloa Village have continued at a brisk pace for most of 2017. This has caused the inventory of available homes to be reduced to the point where we are down to just a 3 months’ supply. With a balanced market being at 5 to 6 months of inventory, the Waikoloa Village market has entered 2018 firmly in a sellers’ market.
