There are a lot more condos than single family homes located in Mauna Lani Resort so the least expensive homes are more concentrated in fewer neighborhoods. In the case of 2016, all five of the lowest priced homes are located in the beautiful community of Ka Milo at Mauna Lani and were mostly all new construction homes.
