At the time of this writing (Apr 12th), there were 23 homes and 80 condos for sale in the Mauna Lani Resort. Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one is listed at $18,950,000, and is located at 68-1029 Pauoa Way in the Pauoa Beach subdivision, while the most expensive condo on the market is listed at $3,975,000 and is located in Mauna Lani Resorts newest development, the Residences at Laulea, Unit #6. At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is actually my listing. Ka Milo #219, located in Ka Milo at Mauna Lani, a great value at the low price $1,460,000. On the condo side, the lowest priced one currently on the market is listed at $578,000. It is #E2, in the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani.
When it comes to sales in the1st Quarter, the number of condos sold was, as usual, quite higher than the number of homes sold. In the Q1 time frame of Jan 2016 through Mar 2016 there was only 1 home sold in the Mauna Lani Resort, while 15 condos were sold. Since there was only one home that sold in Q1, the highest priced and the lowest priced home to sell was the same house, and it was 68-118 Pukaua Pl, located in the Champion Ridge subdivision. It sold for $1,950,000. The highest priced of the 15 seven condos sold was Mauna Lani Point #E104, and had a sale price of $2,750,000, while the condo with the lowest sales price went for $559,000 and was #806 in Kulalani at Mauna Lani.
