At the time of this writing (July 2nd), there were 18 homes and 68 condos for sale in the Mauna Lani Resort. Of the homes for sale, the highest priced one is listed at $18,950,000, and is located at 68-1029 Pauoa Way in the Pauoa Beach subdivision, while the most expensive condo on the market is listed at $2,975,000 and is located in Mauna Lani Resorts newest development, the Residences at Laulea, Unit #13-B1. At the other end of the spectrum, the lowest priced home on the market is Ka Milo #207, located in Ka Milo at Mauna Lani, and it is listed at $1,624,000. On the condo side, the lowest priced one currently on the market is a foreclosure listed at the great price of $530,000. It is #1604, in the Fairways at Mauna Lani.
When it comes to sales in 2nd Quarter, the number of condos sold was, as usual, quite higher than the number of homes sold. In the Q2 time frame of April 2016 through June 2016 there were just 4 homes sold in the Mauna Lani Resort, while 22 condos were sold. Of the 4 homes that sold in Q2, the highest priced one is located at 68-1071 Pauoa Wy in Pauoa Beach and it sold for $5,710,000, while the lowest priced home to sell was Ka Milo at Mauna Lani #317. It sold for $1,675,000. The highest priced of the 22 condos sold in Q2 was Mauna Lani Point #E104, and had a sale price of $2,750,000, while the condo with the lowest sales price went for $505,000 and is Unit #806 in the Fairways at Mauna Lani.
